We offer new bulbs up until 90 days after purchase without questions asked. We use only high quality RubyLuxLights. After that period we offer replacement bulbs for 39€ (in EU/UK) / 39$ (US/AUS). E-mail us if you need them.

It gets very hot and you can turn up only 4 bulbs or add the 5th bulb on. The temperature varies depending on where you place yourself in the tent. If you are around 40cm (15") away it doest get around 65 / 149F.

A base sheet will be included with your Sauna Tent that can be put on the floor. On top of that we usually advise to put a cotton towel and you can sit on that during your session. You can also use a wooden stool. We are currently designed one and may sell them as an add-on during Q3 2023.

The tent was designed to be used for one or two people. It is also possible to fit three people even though it's a slightly tighter.

There are 3 main types of EMF's:

- Electric Fields (from voltage in appliances and cabling)
- Magnetic Fields from current flowing
- Radiofrequencies from cell towels, phones etc.

Most Saunas use electric heating and emit Electric and usually also Magnetic Fields. Our Sauna wood panel is totally shielded against Electric Fields and we only use special cables to cancel out the Magnetic Fields. This is our whole mission in our company: To provide simple sauna products without harmful EMF's. With a simple EMF meter you can check Electric Fields where you're getting 0V/m all around the panel and below 0,2mG (20 nanoTesla) of Magnetic Fields.

Our Wood panel that supports the Red / Infrared Bulbs are made from White Bark Trees and is 100% handmade in Portugal. We don't use toxic varnish.

Our tents are made of Graphene Fibers. Graphene is a strong and durable material that consists of a single layer of carbon atoms. It is also non-toxic, anti-bacterial, hypoallergenic, and non-cytotoxic. The tents are manufactured in Korea & China. They are very easy to mount. No need for screws or any special installation. Just pull it out of the travel bag and pull the edges of the sides. We have put a ventilated window for proper air flow when doing your session.

Our Wood panel is 60x60x25cm (23"x23"x10") and our pod/tent is 140x130x130cm (55"x51"x51").

We use the well-known RubyLux NIR-A Near Infrared Bulb that is a human-grade, premium incandescent near infrared light therapy bulb designed for near infrared heat lamp therapy. The RubyLux emits renewing, healing infrared light in the red and near infrared wavelengths associated with pain relief, increased circulation, faster recovery times, collagen production, rejuvenation and renewal and peaks at 850nm. At 4 inches’ distance, it emits 1,431 mW/cm2. This bulb is an excellent choice for pain, regeneration and rejuvenation.

Users say they get fast relief from near infrared light therapy - some in as little as one use. In just 15-20 minutes a few times a week, customers tell us that the therapeutic heat from near infrared light reduces wrinkles, increases collagen and elasticity, provides relief, speeds healing and more.
