Sauna Blanket

Enjoy a 60-day risk-free return policy for our Sauna Blanket. If, by any chance, you find yourself unsatisfied with your Sauna Blanket, you have a generous 60-day window from the date of receipt to request a return and receive a full refund.

Furthermore, in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a refund or request a replacement item. Please provide us with video or photo evidence via email at info@prasannahealth.com to expedite this process.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@prasannahealth.com, and we will promptly provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for securely repackaging your items. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive your returned Sauna Blanket.

Sauna Pod

Our Sauna Pod comes with a 60-day risk-free return policy. Please keep in mind that returns can only be accepted if the original packaging is preserved due to the unique nature of this product.

Additionally, we stand by the quality of our Sauna Pod, offering assistance and replacement parts for the lifetime of the product in the event of damage or faults. If you encounter any issues that cannot be resolved through online assistance, we provide return and refund options.

Red Light Bulbs:
We proudly offer hassle-free returns for red light bulbs for up to 90 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Beyond this period, we provide replacement bulbs for a nominal fee of 39€ (EU/UK) or 39$ (US/AUS). Simply reach out to us via email, and we will promptly assist you in resolving any bulb-related concerns.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects or damages, kindly contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. The refund will be initiated upon receipt and inspection of the returned package.

Cold Plunge System

Returns for the Cold Plunge System are not accepted due to the high shipping costs and substantial weight. However, we offer lifelong assistance and provide free replacement parts within the first year of purchase for any potential issues. Additionally, we offer an extended 2+ year warranty for added peace of mind. Our dedicated support team is accessible via email, phone, documents, videos, and video calls, ensuring you receive the assistance you need.

Earthing Sheets & Mats

Please note that our Earthing products are shipped exclusively within the EU & UK. We provide a 30-day risk-free return policy for our Grounding Sheets & Mats. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return and a full refund for these specific items. Accessories are not eligible for return unless they are found to be faulty.

Similarly, if you encounter any faults with your Earthing product within 15 days of receiving it, please reach out to us with video or photo evidence at info@prasannahealth.com to request a refund or replacement item.

To begin the return process, kindly contact us at info@prasannahealth.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please ensure you request a return before sending back any items, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
